Former South African TV host, Lalla Hirayama has shared exciting news with her fans recently announcing that she is now engaged to her longtime bae, Ross Mcilroy.

Hirayama, who is now embracing a peaceful life after going through a major lifestyle change, took to Instagram to announce her engagement in a series of pictures.

She captioned her post: “Two strong hearts.”

The 33-year-old showed fans a glimpse of her engagement ring and shared a picture of the diamond ring on her Instagram stories and explained the meaning behind the glamorous oval-shaped ring.

“My ring was designed to mimic waves that encapsulate a beautiful stone. What a design. A one-of-a-kind. Just like my man - who’s heart belongs to me and to the sea,” she shared.

In 2024, Hirayama shared an emotional Instagram post and opened up about her diagnosis of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN III), which is a precancerous condition affecting the cervix.

However, she underwent surgery and the margins where the CIN III was, were cut and burned.

Throughout her PCOS journey and changing her lifestyle, Hirayama has always been candid with her fans and has been sharing her experience with them on social media.

In March, she shared that she decided to step away from the entertainment industry and move to a smaller town for a more peaceful and organic way of living due to being diagnosed with PCOS.

She also gave an update and shared that her PCOS symptoms have improved and taking her supplements played a big role in reducing the PCOS cycle even though she has gained weight.

PCOS is a hormonal disorder that primarily affects women of reproductive age. Its exact cause remains unknown, but genetics, insulin resistance, and lifestyle factors are believed to play significant roles.

In December 2024, she revealed that she had her breast implants removed, which helped with her fatigue issues and anxiety.
