AFTER a staggering success in 2023, the Hey Neighbour festival, hailed as one of Africa's premier lifestyle events, is set to make its grand return on August 29-31, 2025 at the picturesque Legends Adventure Farm in Pretoria.

As one of Africa's most anticipated lifestyle festivals, it has promised to attract an even larger international crowd as it brings together over 60,000 music lovers for a vibrant celebration of music, fashion, and culture.

Last year, the festival captured imaginations with a remarkable line-up featuring both local and international headliners, including Tyla, Kendrick Lamar, Zakes Bantwini, Swedish House Mafia, Khalid, and H.E.R.

The event stood out as a beacon of cultural expression, uniting communities through its eclectic mix of performances and artistic showcases. As the festival approaches once again, anticipation is already building for the first wave of artists, which will be announced in early 2025.

Speaking about the event Festival Director Warren Le Grange says, “After the incredible response to our inaugural festival in 2023, we’re beyond excited to bring Hey Neighbour back in 2025. This festival is about creating lasting connections that transcend borders and cultures through music,” expressed

Le Grange says the festival stands apart with its unwavering commitment to inclusivity; it strives to create a space where attendees from all walks of life can come together, irrespective of their backgrounds or nationalities.

With a focus on also fostering cultural exchanges and shared experiences, the festival aims to cultivate a spirit of belonging among all who participate.

He further explains that the event features a diverse array of genres—from hip-hop and afrobeats to pop and house—ensuring there’s something for everyone.

The festival also provides a platform for rising stars alongside established artists, embodying its goal of uplifting and inspiring creativity. This year promises to build on that commitment, highlighting talents who use their craft for positive change in the world.

It is highlighted that attendees can expect a world-class experience brimming with exceptional production values, diverse line-ups, and enriching activities that aim to entertain and inspire.

“Our vision is to create a festival that builds friendships, ignites creativity, and leaves a lasting impact on the global entertainment landscape,’’ he said.
