In a twist of fate, ongoing load shedding and a power failure at the Pinetown Magistrate’s Court have delayed the high-profile bail hearings of Brandon Naicker and Abraham Pillay. The court, swamped with pending cases, struggled to resume normal functioning even after power restoration.
